Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Customer Solutions squad. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring effective product partnership, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, document, and analyze current and future business requirements.
• Design workflows, perform data analysis, create visualizations, and conduct impact assessments.
• Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and facilitate story refinement sessions.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, release planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Execute end‑to‑end Business Acceptance Testing and maintain test case traceability.
• Communicate issues and client feedback to the Squad Leader and resolve them promptly.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Mentor peers, resolve conflicts, and promote critical thinking within the team.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
