Business Change Consultant – Lead Change Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Change Consultant to lead change, communications and training activities across a portfolio of strategic and technology‑enabled projects. This six‑month contract will involve working closely with project teams, operational leaders and subject‑matter experts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end change activities across multiple concurrent projects, tailoring support to each initiative’s size and impact.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on processes, roles, systems, customer interactions and operating procedures.
• Develop and deliver structured change, engagement and communication plans for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Conduct business impact and readiness assessments, identifying risks, dependencies and support needs.
• Identify training requirements and coordinate learning solutions, including briefings, workshops, digital learning and train‑the‑trainer sessions.
• Monitor engagement, training completion, readiness and adoption, providing recommendations as needed.
• Establish change champion networks and feedback channels to sustain engagement throughout the change lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in change management, organisational change or business transformation.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end change across strategic, operational or technology programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at senior leadership and operational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Collaborative, delivery‑focused mindset with resilience in complex, changing environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of recognised change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or Kotter.
