About the role

As a Business Developer at Access in Dublin City Centre, you will join a fast‑moving recruitment team focused on healthcare talent. You will be responsible for generating new client relationships and driving revenue while receiving industry‑leading training and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new client accounts in the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
• Present recruitment solutions and negotiate contracts.

• Report activity and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
