Business Developer – Fast‑track Leadership Path

About the role

As a Business Developer at Access, you will expand our network of healthcare organisations across Ireland while matching top talent with career‑changing opportunities. The role is designed for individuals who already coach, train or onboard sales colleagues and are ready to accelerate their own career toward leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers.
• Identify and present suitable professional candidates for client vacancies.
• Drive revenue through consultative B2B sales and placement fees.
• Coach and support new sales hires, sharing best practices and onboarding techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of B2B or consultative sales experience (e.g., Sales Executive, Business Developer, Account Manager, Sales Trainer, Onboarding Specialist).
• Proven experience in onboarding, coaching or training sales colleagues.
• Passion for helping people grow while delivering high performance.
• Desire for a clear, performance‑driven career progression rather than a static sales role.
