Business Development Executive – Life Sciences (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth for its Life Sciences division across the Leinster region. You will build new client relationships and expand existing accounts, partnering with senior stakeholders to align Oxford’s consulting and contract‑staffing solutions with strategic business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships in the Life Sciences sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation to close, ensuring timely completion of consulting services agreements and credit checks.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Gather market intelligence, consultant usage trends and client requirements to position Oxford as a preferred services partner.
• Report sales activity and engagement metrics within the company’s CRM system.
• Represent Oxford at client meetings, industry events and networking activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within consulting or contract‑staffing environments.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
