About the role

Join Access as a Business Development professional and work closely with Recruitment Consultants to create new client partnerships in the healthcare sector. You will help healthcare providers discover the value Access brings, contributing to both their growth and yours.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to develop tailored proposals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Support the sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract signing.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre or BPO environments.
• Strong relationship‑first mindset with the ability to build trust.
• Collaborative attitude and a positive, ambitious outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
