Business Development Manager – Global Payments

About the role

Binance is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the global expansion of Binance Pay, its crypto‑payment solution. You will identify and secure high‑value merchant partnerships, negotiate commercial terms and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring new payment use cases to market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, build and scale strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers and high‑volume merchants across priority industries.
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle – prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, KYB coordination and integration execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers to unlock traditional payment infrastructure partnerships.
• Design and execute regional expansion strategies targeting verticals such as gaming, iGaming, trading platforms, e‑commerce, OTA and digital services.
• Collaborate with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance and Marketing teams to localise solutions, streamline onboarding and launch joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Analyse merchant performance data to optimise commercial terms, improve profitability and maximise ecosystem leverage.
• Monitor competitive, regulatory and market trends to refine regional strategy and support global payment distribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level sales cycles in the payments or fintech sector.
• Track record of securing partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers or large merchants.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to coordinate KYB and contractual processes.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, legal, compliance and marketing teams.
• Ability to analyse performance data and adjust commercial strategies accordingly.
