About the role
G4S Fire & Security Systems is looking for a proven sales professional with strong technical knowledge of electronic security solutions to drive growth across Dublin and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building strategic relationships, winning new business, and expanding profitability with both existing and new customers.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales and order‑intake targets in line with the company’s growth strategy.
- Identify, qualify and win new opportunities while nurturing existing strategic accounts.
- Develop relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers within target organisations.
- Conduct site surveys, assist with designs and quotations, and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, health & safety, and quality directives.
- Research market trends and competitors to provide intelligence and support business planning.
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasts, monthly reports, and maintain the Salesforce CRM database.
- Negotiate commercial arrangements within approved criteria.
Required profile
- Demonstrated success in new‑business development within the integrated fire and security market.
- Strong technical understanding of electronic security systems, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while building credible professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
