Business Development Manager

About the role

ITW Medical is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to accelerate organic growth, deepen customer partnerships, and expand our footprint in key medical device segments. You will own the end‑to‑end process of identifying, prioritising, and converting high‑value opportunities that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new‑business development within medical device OEM markets and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute Key Account Plans for high‑value target accounts.
• Establish strong relationships with engineering, sourcing, quality, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to win new business and translate voice‑of‑customer insights into actionable strategies.
• Analyse market trends, competitive activity, and customer strategies to uncover growth opportunities.
• Support the creation of "How to Win" strategies, value propositions, and sales playbooks.
• Negotiate agreements, pricing, and long‑term partnerships.
• Travel up to 30‑40% for customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management (5+ years preferred).
• Experience in medical device, healthcare OEM or related technical industries.
• Proven lead generation, pipeline development and conversion capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
