Business Development Manager

About the role

Google’s Partnerships Development team is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new strategic partnerships across AdSense, AdMob and Google Ad Manager. You will work with high‑potential publishers in EMEA, shaping growth strategies and helping partners unlock their full revenue potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess new business opportunities with publishers and other strategic partners.
• Structure, negotiate and manage end‑to‑end partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with C‑level executives, product leads and cross‑functional teams to align on goals and deliverables.
• Provide data‑driven strategic recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project‑management activities to ensure successful partnership implementation and ongoing growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships or management consulting.
• Proven experience working with C‑level executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing agreements, partnerships and project delivery.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
