Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying and securing new opportunities with public and private healthcare providers across Ireland. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with public (HSE) and private healthcare organisations throughout Ireland.
• Manage the complete business development process, including prospecting, engagement, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to create customized solutions and ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Support cross‑border commercial initiatives and travel to the UK as required.
• Report directly to the Country Manager and contribute to strategic commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, strategic sales, contract negotiation, and commercial account management within Ireland.
• Established relationships with public hospitals nationwide are a distinct advantage.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, public procurement processes, pricing negotiations, and contract execution.
• Full, permanent, and immediate right to work in Ireland.
• Valid Irish driving licence.
