Business Development – Monday to Friday, Dublin

About the role

Join Access Healthcare as a Business Developer in Dublin City Centre, working a consistent Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with no weekends or bank holidays. You’ll be part of a collaborative office where teamwork, coaching and celebrating success are everyday practices.

Key responsibilities

• Research the healthcare market to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads, building a robust client pipeline.
• Meet with prospective clients, present solutions and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships to drive long‑term growth.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, contact centre or BPO environments.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to share ideas and celebrate successes.
• Positive, adaptable and well‑organized, thriving in a fast‑paced office setting.
