Business Development Representative (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

Workvivo is looking for a Business Development Representative to join its Sales Development team in Dublin. You will work in a hybrid setting, spending three days a week in the office, and will engage with senior decision‑makers at leading organisations to generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build relationships with senior leaders such as CHROs, CIOs and Internal Communications heads.
• Research prospective customers, conduct discovery conversations and understand their business challenges.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Represent the Workvivo brand with professionalism, energy and curiosity.
• Develop sales skills through the structured SDR Academy, including onboarding, coaching and certification.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role with a track record of building strong relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with new people daily.
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging prospects across multiple outreach channels.
• Hardworking, resilient and motivated by ambitious goals.
• Curious, coachable and adaptable, with a willingness to receive feedback and learn new tools quickly.
