Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join Adasoft’s Ireland team. In this full‑time, onsite position you will drive outbound prospecting, cold‑calling and lead generation to build the early stages of our commercial pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospect and qualify potential clients.
• Introduce Adasoft’s services, identify business opportunities and qualify leads for hand‑off to Sales and Business Development teams.
• Maintain accurate prospect databases, CRM records and lead‑tracking reports.
• Support promotional and marketing initiatives aimed at increasing company visibility.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments between prospects and internal teams.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activity, lead status and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues across locations to ensure proper follow‑up.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, outbound sales or business‑development support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented with the ability to manage call volumes and priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Ireland on a full‑time basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead‑management processes.
