Business Development Representative

About the role

As a Business Development Representative at GoTo, you will help identify and create new sales opportunities using a mix of inbound and outbound leads. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive prospect engagement, qualify leads, and contribute to the company’s growth in Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities from inbound and outbound leads.
• Achieve monthly quota for closed‑won opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound lead‑generation strategies.
• Run marketing campaigns to boost user acquisition and conversion.
• Engage prospects via phone and online chat to qualify leads and drive conversions.
• Collect, analyse, and report performance and campaign data.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to refine strategies and improve execution.

Required profile
