Business Development Representative

About the role

GreyScout is scaling its go‑to‑market motion and is building an early, in‑person sales team. As a Business Development Representative you will be the first point of contact with prospects, helping the company grow its brand‑protection platform while gaining direct exposure to the founder and senior SaaS leaders.

Key responsibilities

  • Create discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Optimize and refine the outbound prospecting approach.
  • Execute cold‑calling campaigns.
  • Design and manage email and LinkedIn sequences.
  • Set performance benchmarks for the BDR team.

Required profile

  • 6‑18 months of BDR/SDR outbound prospecting experience.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota.
  • Strong hunter mindset and fearless cold‑calling skills.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Operational excellence in running outbound cadences.
