Business Development Representative – SaaS (US/UK focus)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive outbound growth for a fast‑growing SaaS company across the United States and United Kingdom. You will work remotely from anywhere in Ireland, collaborating closely with sales and marketing to build a robust pipeline and open new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage target prospects in the US and UK markets.
• Design, launch, and manage outbound prospecting campaigns.
• Research accounts to uncover key decision‑makers and decision processes.
• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Partner with Marketing on outbound initiatives and messaging.
• Consistently meet activity and opportunity‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR or similar sales development role.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline creation.
• Experience selling SaaS or software solutions.
• Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, metrics‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised, process‑oriented and comfortable working remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for activity tracking.
