Business Development Representative - Spanish or Catalan Speakers

About the role

Salesforce is hiring a Business Development Representative focused on the Spanish market, based in its Dublin hub. The role sits at the front line of the sales organisation: you sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce, the future of autonomous AI, and help generate the pipeline for Account Executives. The position is hybrid in Dublin, with relocation support included.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Engage decision-makers via cold calling, email and social selling (LinkedIn)
• Work alongside Account Executives to develop territory strategies
• Research accounts deeply to uncover business challenges that Salesforce can solve

Required profile

• Quota-carrying, direct sales experience
• Experience in business development, sales or a client-facing role (internships and leadership roles count)
• Right to work in Ireland
• Full professional fluency in Spanish or Catalan and English
• Preferred: sales methodology training such as MEDDIC, Challenger or Value Selling, and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
