Business Development Specialist – End-to-End Sales

About the role

Join a fast‑growing recruitment consultancy in Dublin as a Business Development Specialist. You will own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing agreements, driving revenue growth for the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities across target markets.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound activities such as cold calls and email campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls, build strong client relationships, and understand customer needs.
• Negotiate and close deals, directly contributing to the company’s revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven success in BDR, SDR, telesales, lead generation, or similar outbound sales roles.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and driven to exceed performance expectations.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2 and work Monday‑Friday.
