Business Growth Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Business Growth Lead to own the end‑to‑end growth strategy for a key business line in Ireland. You will drive revenue, customer acquisition and overall commercial performance in a fast‑moving, experiment‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and own growth targets, revenue goals and core KPIs for the assigned business line.
• Identify, prioritize and execute high‑impact growth opportunities across the full customer journey.
• Develop quarterly growth strategies aligned with broader organisational objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional execution, coordinating marketing, product, retail, partnerships, creative and performance teams.
• Analyse funnel performance, remove bottlenecks and translate data insights into actionable initiatives.
• Plan and run campaigns, launches, experiments and strategic growth projects.
• Streamline workflows, enable automation and scale repeatable processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth, business operations, strategy, marketing, product marketing, consulting or startup leadership.
• Strong understanding of acquisition strategies, conversion optimisation and growth frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
