Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an outgoing, customer‑focused Butler to join our Front of House team at a 5‑star luxury property. This full‑time, permanent position offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival, meet and greet them, and assist with luggage and vehicle parking.
• Escort guests to their allocated rooms and maintain a constant, courteous presence in public areas and the entrance hall.
• Answer the house telephone, take messages, and relay information promptly and accurately.
• Provide guests with advice on the house, demesne, and daily tours, and assist with demesne activities.
• Issue and maintain sports equipment and golf buggies, restock and clean public fireplaces, and keep public areas tidy.
• Support other departments as needed and respond to guest inquiries with clear information and direction.

• Team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including occasional night cover.
