Cafe Assistant – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cafe Assistant to join our busy Frank & Honest Café located in the Centra retail centre on Grange Road, Dublin 16. The role is full‑time and involves delivering excellent customer service while supporting the smooth operation of the café.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for every visit.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and food items according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café area, complying with food‑safety regulations.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, following store policies.
• Stock, merchandise and present products attractively.
• Adhere to all Centra brand values and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality (café, restaurant or hotel) is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for coffee and food.
• Customer‑service oriented with the ability to inspire and assist guests.
• Willingness to learn barista techniques – full training provided.
