About the role

EUROSPAR Ballymun is looking for a full‑time Café Manager to lead the Insomnia Café in Glasnevin, Dublin. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily café operations
Control stock levels and place orders
Ensure health and safety compliance
Oversee financial management and budgeting
Create and maintain staff schedules and rosters

Required profile

Previous experience working in a café environment
Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
Demonstrated leadership experience
Excellent communication skills
