About the role

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our busy café located in the heart of People’s Park, Dun Laoghaire. This hands‑on role combines a passion for hospitality with a keen eye for detail, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while overseeing day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage, motivate and train the team, including rota planning and staff development.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Control stock, place orders and manage inventory.
• Handle cash, tips and ensure accurate financial procedures.

• Previous café or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards.
