About the role

The Catering Assistant at Supermac’s Eyre Square provides friendly, efficient service across multiple food outlets, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly service to customers at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, customer toilets and all work areas.
• Prepare, serve and clean food areas following company standards and safety guidelines.
• Handle cash according to management procedures.
• Follow food preparation, production and storage guidelines.
• Work flexibly across all areas of the site, including cooking, serving and cleaning.
• Assist management in increasing customer numbers and spend.
• Handle customer complaints and incidents, escalating to supervisors as needed.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with the public.
• Available to work weekdays and weekends.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Team‑oriented attitude and respect for colleagues and management.
• Legal right to work in Ireland.
