Childcare Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Childcare Practitioner to join an early years centre in Ireland. The role offers a stable contract, professional development and the chance to work within a multicultural team supporting children’s daily learning and development.

Key responsibilities

• Support children in their daily learning and development.
• Plan and implement activities that encourage creativity and learning.
• Maintain a safe, positive and stimulating environment.
• Work collaboratively with other educators and team leaders.
• Communicate effectively with families and colleagues to ensure high‑quality care.

Required profile

• Formal early years or primary education qualification (e.g., Degree in Early Childhood Education, Degree in Primary Education, Higher Technician in Early Childhood Education or equivalent Level 6, Teaching Degree).
• English language proficiency sufficient for professional communication.
• CV submitted in English.
