Chopstix Team Member – Kitchen Assistant

About the role

As a Chopstix Team Member at Applegreen’s Ballymount outlet, you will be part of the front‑line team delivering a high‑quality food experience to customers. The role combines food preparation, shop floor upkeep and support for daily operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the Chopstix outlet.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor and ensure all food safety policies are followed.
• Prepare food items according to the Chopstix manual and standards.
• Manage stock levels, conduct stock control and replenish supplies as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create the best food experience possible.
• Collaborate with management to meet weekly and quarterly performance targets.

• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers.
• Team‑player who contributes to a positive work environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting and willing to learn new tasks.
