About the role
The Health Service Executive (HSE) is establishing a recruitment panel to fill current and future Clerical Officer vacancies across its IHA Galway, Roscommon, and Mayo regions. Successful panel members will be considered for positions in both Community Services and Acute Services on a permanent, whole‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to health service teams.
- Maintain accurate records, manage correspondence and handle routine enquiries.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry and filing within community and acute care settings.
- Support the smooth operation of office processes in line with HSE policies.
Required profile
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a public‑sector environment.
- Willingness to complete a digital application via the Rezoomo platform.
