Clinic Manager – Full‑time, On‑site in Wexford

About the role

The Clinic Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy healthcare facility in Wexford. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure that patients receive high‑quality care while supporting staff performance and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall clinic operations, including patient flow and service standards.
• Manage and develop clinical and administrative staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimise service delivery.
• Plan and monitor the clinic budget, control costs and ensure financial sustainability.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant health regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Lead quality‑improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with INMB registration.
• 3‑5 years of experience in renal dialysis settings.
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication abilities.
• Patient‑focused mindset with a commitment to excellent service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑pressure, dynamic environment.
