Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a global technology leader’s Cloud Infrastructure Engineering team in Dublin. The role involves designing, building and supporting enterprise‑scale cloud platforms across AWS, Azure and GCP, working on production workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain production cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Provision and manage resources using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Support and operate Kubernetes platforms running production workloads.
• Develop automation scripts with Bash and Python.
• Manage cloud networking, IAM and core infrastructure services.
• Troubleshoot production environments and improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on cloud initiatives.

Required profile

• Commercial experience supporting production cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash and/or Python).
• Experience across multiple cloud accounts, subscriptions or environments.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and automation‑first mindset.

What we offer

• Up to €118,500 per annum (approx. €456 per day).
• 11‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension.
• Hybrid working model – 2 days onsite in Dublin.
