Cloud Security Analyst

About the role

Reporting to the Global Head of Security, the Cloud Security Analyst will shape and drive Alter Domus' cloud security program. You will work independently to design, implement and continuously improve security controls for our cloud‑based applications and data.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls across AWS and Azure environments.
• Enhance the Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) program, identifying and remediating configuration risks.
• Maintain auditable SOC 2 cloud security controls.
• Monitor and secure containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters, including image security and network segmentation.
• Automate security checks and promote secure‑by‑design practices across development teams.
• Conduct continuous vulnerability and compliance validation.
• Detect and respond to security incidents in cloud environments.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on cloud technologies and security solutions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, security protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working in containerized environments and ensuring SOC 2 compliance.
• Ability to work autonomously, think independently and communicate technical concepts clearly.
