Commercial Litigation Solicitor (1‑4 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 1‑4 years post‑qualification experience to join our growing Disputes team in Dublin. The role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of high‑value commercial litigation matters, supporting senior partners and advising a varied client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior partners in managing commercial disputes from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, statements of case and other court documents.
• Engage with clients, providing clear advice and updates on case progress.
• Coordinate with external counsel and manage file administration.
• Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to case strategy development.

Required profile

• 1–4 years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication abilities.
• Proven capability to manage files independently and work collaboratively.
• Ambitious, client‑focused and eager to develop a specialist practice.
