Commercial Manager

About the role

All About is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to own key customer relationships and drive growth across its fast‑expanding functional drinks portfolio. You will work closely with founders, senior leadership and the sales team to improve commercial performance and help achieve ambitious sales targets for 2026 and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales and customer data to uncover commercial opportunities with new and existing accounts.
• Collaborate with distributors to boost rate of sale and execution.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales across existing customers and channels.
• Build commercial reporting and performance dashboards.
• Support forecasting, promotions and commercial planning.
• Spend time in trade to understand customer behaviour and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Analytical and enjoys solving complex business problems.

• Interest in health, wellness or functional food and beverage categories.

• 8+ years experience in FMCG.
