Communications Strategist – AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Communications Strategist to join our AI training team on a freelance basis. You will work remotely from Ireland, helping to improve the performance and quality of AI chatbots by providing writing and editing tasks and evaluating their outputs.
Key responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing assignments to AI chatbots and review the generated content.
- Measure progress, assess correctness, and evaluate overall performance of AI models.
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and continuously refine model outputs.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
