Community Care Manager – Homecare (Dublin)

About the role
We are seeking a passionate Community Care Manager to lead our homecare team in Dublin. The role blends office‑based coordination with on‑the‑ground community engagement, ensuring clients receive high‑quality, compassionate care in their own homes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and families, overseeing care plans and needs.
- Supervise, mentor and support home support workers to maintain high standards of care.
- Conduct client assessments, develop personalised care plans and monitor delivery.
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and Irish homecare regulations.
- Coordinate staff schedules and resources to meet client demands efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and external healthcare providers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Care, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare, homecare or client services.
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of Irish homecare regulations (HIQA) and best practices.
- Full, clean driving licence – essential.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HIQA compliance requirements.
