About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Waterford Place property in Dublin, California. This role is responsible for leading the on‑site team, ensuring smooth daily activities, and meeting financial and operational targets while maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations and coordinate team members to achieve budgeted goals.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
- Analyze financial statements and contribute to budget development for the property.
- Monitor property performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain high resident satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years (or 4‑6 years) of relevant property or community management experience.
- Experience with workforce or affordable housing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of multi‑family housing regulations and operational best practices.
