Community Operations Analyst – Arabic & Maghreb

About the role

We are seeking fluent Arabic and Maghreb speakers to join our Community Operations team in Dublin. The role involves investigating and resolving user‑reported content to help create a safer online environment. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve reported issues via a ticketing system, including abusive or sensitive content.
• Enforce client Terms of Use and local legal regulations.
• Use market knowledge to improve community support and user experience.
• Gather, analyse, and apply data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Escalate recurring issues to the global team and propose workflow efficiencies.

Required profile

• Strong personal resilience and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with empathy.
• High adaptability, positive attitude, and effective time‑management.
• Fluent in Arabic or Maghreb dialects (Arabic and French) with deep cultural insight.
• Advanced level of English.
