Community Operations Analyst (French EU)

About the role

Join a multicultural Community Operations team in Dublin, supporting a large social‑media platform. As a Community Operations Analyst you will help create a safer online environment for French‑speaking users across Europe, using provided training and guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve user‑reported content (images, videos, posts) via a ticketing system, adhering to company policies and local regulations.
• Enforce the platform’s Terms of Use and flag potentially abusive material.
• Gather and analyse data to identify trends, improve user experience, and recommend workflow enhancements.
• Escalate recurring issues to the global team and contribute insights for community‑support strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent French (EU) at near‑native level, with strong cultural awareness of the region.
• Advanced English proficiency; both languages will be tested.
• High personal resilience, ability to work under pressure, and strong empathy.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ticketing or case‑management systems.
• Basic data‑analysis capabilities.
