About the role
The Department of Community Supervision in Georgia is seeking a Community Supervision Aide to provide essential administrative support to staff and clients under parole and probation supervision. This full‑time position works on‑site in Dublin, GA, and offers the chance to contribute to public safety and community well‑being.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of office administration duties for assigned program areas.
- Assist claimants, employers, staff, other agencies, and the public with inquiries and problem resolution.
- Research, investigate, and resolve detailed program or client issues.
- Draft documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle confidential information and represent the manager in various matters.
- Support routine administrative functions such as travel expense processing and vehicle rentals.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in administration is a plus.
- Ability to work under direct supervision while handling confidential data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with good problem‑solving abilities.
