Concession Supervisor – Retail Store

About the role

As a Concession Supervisor at COS in Arnotts, you will help shape an exceptional shopping experience for customers while supporting the Concession Manager in daily operations. You will lead a team of sales assistants, ensure the store runs smoothly, and act as a brand ambassador for a luxury fashion label.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service through expert styling advice and strong product knowledge.
• Support the Concession Manager with operational tasks and store leadership.
• Interpret sales data and collaborate with leadership to improve commercial performance.
• Lead, motivate and train sales assistants to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations such as deliveries, replenishment and shop‑floor coverage.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience with solid understanding of store operations and stock delivery.
• Customer‑focused attitude and passion for delivering excellent service.
• Adaptable, flexible and comfortable with changing priorities and schedules.
• Action‑oriented, proactive and able to take initiative.
• Strong communicator who listens actively to customer needs.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and committed to personal development.
• Enthusiastic about the COS brand and collections.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluent English language skills.
