Construction Contracts Manager (Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple construction projects across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork and the North West. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several construction projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and support Project Managers and site teams.
• Monitor programme, budget, quality and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Report project performance to senior management.
• Travel regularly to project sites across Ireland.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Experience delivering building, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction contract administration.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
