Construction Lawyer – Associate Solicitor (Dublin)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit an Associate Solicitor for its Construction practice in Dublin. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, non‑contentious construction team handling nationally significant projects.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on construction contracts, including standard forms and bespoke agreements.
• Support project delivery issues across construction, energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Draft, review and prepare collateral warranties, sub‑contracts and other industry‑standard documentation.
• Negotiate development agreements and related contractual terms.
• Participate in business development initiatives and manage client relationships.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in non‑contentious construction, energy or infrastructure work.
• Strong commercial awareness and outstanding academic record.
• Excellent technical legal ability and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to engage in business development.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
