Construction Site Manager – Commercial Fit‑out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead a commercial fit‑out project in County Dublin. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery while coordinating a diverse team of subcontractors and specialist trades.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities and maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
• Review plans, drawings and specifications; supervise subcontractors throughout all phases.
• Coordinate site staff, specialist trades and ensure smooth delivery of first‑fix, second‑fix, finishes and M&E works.
• Monitor quality control, health and safety compliance and adherence to building regulations.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and wider team to meet programme milestones and budget targets.
• Handle snagging, defects and final handover to the client.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ site management experience on fit‑out or refurbishment projects in Ireland.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations, certification requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline are desirable.
