About the role
Sysco Ireland is looking for a dynamic Contact Centre Team Leader to drive a culture of customer obsession and maximise sales opportunities while minimising negative experiences. You will lead a team delivering both tele‑sales and customer service, ensuring high performance against operational KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional performance and foster engagement.
- Manage team results against set KPIs and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Deliver high‑quality service across tele‑sales and customer service channels.
- Own and drive individual and team projects focused on efficient customer experiences.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the business, promoting a customer‑focused mindset.
- Provide coaching, training, and regular performance feedback to direct reports.
- Create a positive culture where successes are shared and celebrated.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a contact centre or similar environment.
- People‑management background with a track record of achieving results.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and eager to expand knowledge and skills.
