About the role
We are seeking a skilled Content Editor to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work remotely, assigning writing and editing tasks to the models, measuring their progress, and ensuring high‑quality output.
Key responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments.
- Review and evaluate the models' outputs for correctness, logic, and performance.
- Identify issues and suggest improvements to enhance model quality.
- Track progress and report on the effectiveness of training sessions.
Required profile
- Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
