Content Strategist (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, user‑focused Content Strategist to help reshape how customers interact with our support content and AI‑driven assistance. Based in Dublin 4 with a hybrid work model, this contract position runs until December 2026 and offers the chance to influence global support experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct root‑cause analyses on support tickets and chatbot interactions to uncover recurring issues and content gaps.
• Use data tools and reporting systems to prioritize problems based on prevalence and customer impact.
• Enhance chatbot performance through prompt engineering, knowledge‑base updates, and targeted content improvements.
• Create, edit, and maintain Help Center articles, support documentation, and customer‑facing messaging, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Test support experiences, monitor content performance, and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams to align content strategy with broader product goals.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex user problems.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly language.
• Curiosity about Generative AI and experience working with AI‑powered support tools.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders across the organization.
