Contract Lawyer – Commercial Contracts Attorney (Project‑Based)

About the role

Our client, an AI‑driven law firm, is seeking experienced Commercial Contracts Attorneys to provide project‑based legal support to leading technology companies. The position is fully remote and ideal for lawyers who want flexible, independent work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and redline commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, NDAs and data processing agreements.
• Advise clients on legal risk, contract terms and compliance with data‑protection regulations.
• Select and manage projects through the client portal, delivering fixed‑fee deliverables within a 24‑hour turnaround expectation.
• Provide general contract review and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Qualified to practice law in Ireland and in good standing with the relevant professional body.
• Minimum 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in a top‑tier law firm or in‑house technology environment.
• Strong background in SaaS and technology agreements.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple project‑based assignments.
