Contract Recruiter – Early Career Talent (Remote, Ireland)

About the role

This contract role supports Microsoft’s EMEA Global Programs by leading end‑to‑end early‑career recruitment for interns, graduates, apprentices and research talent in Ireland. Employed by Allegis Global Solutions, you will work remotely and partner closely with hiring managers and programme stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications, shortlist candidates and conduct first‑round virtual interviews.
• Plan, organise and run assessment centres, campus and virtual hiring events.
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle: sourcing, interviews, offers, negotiations and candidate closure.
• Maintain compliance with local employment, visa and discrimination regulations.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and hiring data to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with university partners and internal stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on university, intern or graduate hiring.
• Proven ability to run end‑to‑end hiring processes independently.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, remote environments serving multinational programmes.
• Strong understanding of compliance and data‑driven recruitment practices.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• GitHub sourcing experience (preferred).
