Contract Recruitment Consultant – South Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role

Vantage Resources is seeking a Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in South Dublin. This hybrid role (three days onsite) will involve working across both private and public sector accounts, helping to expand our contract recruitment division.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust pipeline.
• Manage and grow relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Work across multiple accounts in the private and public sectors.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop the contract recruitment offering.
• Identify opportunities to put your own stamp on the business area.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for IT roles.
• Account management experience with a focus on client growth.
• Interest in building and developing a team.
• Background in either in‑house or agency recruitment and familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Effective use of LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
