Contracts Coordinator

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support its Dublin projects. The role blends on‑site presence three days a week with two days of remote work, ensuring smooth contract administration across construction and infrastructure programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract management standards and contractual terms.
• Implement agreed contract management strategies and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for contractors and consultants.
• Set KPI targets within NEC incentive schedules and evaluate contractor performance against them.
• Prepare advice for Project or Service Managers on compensation events, early warnings, and payment applications.
• Draft communications and instructions on behalf of managers, ensuring timely responses to contractors and consultants.
• Liaise with Cost Managers, Schedulers, and Project Managers on quotation acceptances, cost assessments, and programme updates.
• Administer the early warning process and maintain the early warning register.

Required profile

• Experience in contract administration within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and performance evaluation processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet contractual deadlines.
